At Forni, our pesto is made in-house from fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, parmesan, and extra-virgin olive oil. It is not the shelf-stable jarred pesto you find at grocery stores. Ours is bright green, intensely aromatic, and bold enough to stand on its own as the sole sauce.
The Ovoline Difference
We use ovoline mozzarella — small, egg-shaped balls of fresh mozzarella — rather than standard shredded cheese.
