A regular oven tops out around 500. Ours hits 800. At that temperature, the crust blisters in minutes — leopard-spotted char on the outside, soft and airy inside. The cheese bubbles and caramelizes. The toppings roast instead of steam.
Each pizza goes into the stone oven by hand, gets rotated by hand, and comes out when it's right. That's what wood-fired means.
The Dough
48 hours of slow fermentation
Our dough ferments for two full days before it touches the oven. The long, cold rise develops a complex, slightly tangy flavor with an open crumb structure you can't get from a shortcut. Hand-stretched to order — never rolled, never frozen.
Fired at 800 degrees
Intense heat blisters the crust in minutes. Leopard-spotted char outside, soft and airy inside. No conveyor belt — each pie is rotated by hand.

Yes — both Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha are major catering days for us. We serve home gatherings, community celebrations, and masjid events from 10 to 500+ guests across Falls Church, Annandale, Arlington, Alexandria, and greater Northern Virginia.
Most families schedule delivery or pickup for late morning after Eid prayer, or early afternoon for open-house style gatherings. Tell us your window when booking and we time the bakes accordingly — wood-fired pizza comes out of the oven 90 seconds after it goes in, so everything ships hot.
A typical 30-guest Eid spread: 10-12 large pizzas across 4-5 varieties (always include Margherita and Pepperoni for kids), 2 panini platters, 3-4 salads, garlic bread, and 4 juice pitchers. Call (703) 485-8313 and we will tune it to your crowd.

As early as you can — Eid dates are known well ahead, and our Eid-morning slots fill first. A week ahead is comfortable for large orders; smaller family orders can often be placed 1-2 days out.
